We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information within company databases and systems. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting productivity and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
Review information for completeness, accuracy, and consistency before data entry.
Verify and correct data discrepancies by following established procedures.
Organize and maintain electronic records and digital files.
Generate routine reports and assist with data audits as needed.
Perform quality checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Retrieve information from databases and provide support to internal teams.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive business information.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
Previous data entry, administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Familiarity with Google Workspace applications is preferred.
Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace.
