We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels. Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Document customer interactions and update records in the company's CRM system.
Process customer orders, account updates, refunds, exchanges, and service requests as required.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while ensuring timely follow-up.
Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and procedures.
Meet established productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, or administrative experience is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
